If you are interested in one of our events, send us a request for information and you will receive a document with all the information about the program, prices, type of activities and other important questions to help you make your decision. We are also available through the contact details provided here on the website.
No, flights and travel to the event venue are the responsibility of the participant. This means you have complete freedom to choose the dates and airlines that best suit your preferences and needs.
As our events are mostly held outdoors, we advise you to bring comfortable sports shoes and clothing suitable for the weather conditions. Also a backpack to carry water, snacks and/or a coat, sunscreen, bathing suit, towel and slippers. Before the event we will inform you about what specifically you will need.
Our events are designed to be enjoyed by all levels of fitness or experience. If you have any specific conditions, please contact us and we will assess suitability on a case-by-case basis.
Our programs have structured moments and some flexibility, allowing you to adjust according to your pace.
We know that unforeseen events happen, if you are unable to attend the event on the scheduled date you will have 3 possibilities:
1. Transfer your registration to another event, using the payment amount as credit.
2. Transfer your registration to another person under the same conditions
3. Full or partial refunds may be possible depending on the type of event.
Most participants in our events don’t either! From the beginning to the end of the event you will feel part of the group. We are here to take care of you!
All meals at our events take your dietary preferences into account. You must tell us which ones when registering.
Yes, all program activities are covered by insurance.
