Routine shouldn't exhaust us.

landscape of nature with mist and forest

We are exhausted because we are living at a pace that is not supposed to be ours.

The body should not always be in a state of alert, or tired, or pushing itself to the limit of its capacity until it collapses from exhaustion.

And the next day, start all over again.

Waiting for the next vacation period, numbing oneself with excessive stimulation, or worse, falling into depression.

Routine shouldn't exhaust us. It should be fluid and light, driven by enthusiasm and purpose, however simple the goal may be.

That's why living simply, calmly, and without pressure, experiencing the little things of the day with satisfaction, is seen today as a new indicator of success.

Small adjustments in daily life can make all the difference.

Perhaps the first step isn't a major change, but a subtle adjustment. Less daily heroism, less effort disguised as productivity, and more honesty about what no longer serves us.

Sometimes today's decision may be small, yet transformative:

  • saying no to a demand that no longer makes sense.

  • slow down without apologizing

  • to restore to the body the right to rest.

  • choose a routine that respects your real energy.

  • to give space to silence, boredom and simplicity.

  • redefine success to include something that includes peace.

What decision do you need to make today to move closer to a life with greater well-being?
