Forest Therapy Azores- Retreat 3 days

With its unmissable natural beauty, the island of São Miguel was the place chosen for us to emerge into the immensity of lush greens and places of deep connection with nature.

In this landscape populated by volcanic waters, forests and magical waterfalls, you will witness the vast healing power through nature.

The program includes:

• Experience connecting with nature and Forest Therapy
• Connection meditations and awakening of the 8 senses
• Communication with trees
• Crossing the portals in the healing forest
• Vegetarian meals and picnics in the forest
• Bathing in hot springs
• Follow-up with a certified therapist

Price includes:

• All activities included in the program
• Lunch on the 2nd and 3rd day
• Transfer to and from Ponta Delgada on the first and last day
• Transfer between activities
