Nature Immersion Retreat - 3-day event
May 10th to 12th, 2024 - São Miguel, Azores

This is a 3-day immersive experience to slow down, renew, balance the body, mind and soul in nature.

It takes place on the incredible island of São Miguel, in the Azores, where you will spend 3 days slowing down and deepening your awareness of what it really means to rest in tune with one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.

Through a variety of practices you will gain awareness of your individual needs when it comes to taking care of yourself and learn tools to make changes in your life that will support you in continuing your path towards health and well-being. be.

The Island of São Miguel

With its unmissable natural beauty, the island of São Miguel was the place chosen for us to emerge into the immensity of lush greens and places of deep connection with nature.

In this landscape populated by volcanic waters, forests and magical waterfalls, you will witness the vast healing power of origin energy.

  • Experience connecting with nature and Forest Therapy

  • Connection meditations and awakening of the 8 senses

  • Crossing the portals in the healing forest

Milene Domingues

Passionate about travel and ancestral wisdom, she continues to study the wisdom of ancient people, in particular plant medicine and sacred rituals. Your searchPThis knowledge led her to study Chinese medicine at UMC. ​

Graduated in design, where she realized how much the spaces around us affect our health. Her quest for knowledge leads her to study Chinese medicine at UMC.

He trained as a forest bathing guide and medical professionalin the forest, by the Forest Therapy Institute in 2019. The kingdom of forestslantas is what makes it move. Studying Bioenergetic Landscape, at Archibio in Italy, having completed the first level of the course in 2019. 

He is currently founding the"Ngura - Healing Forest", with the intention of planting the first healing forest in the country.
