Service Description
A transformative experience for the body and mind. Nature has a unique way of inspiring creativity and imagination. It allows you to reconnect with the natural world. This connection can awaken a sense of awe and wonder, reminding you of the beauty and harmony that exists beyond urban environments. Taking a relaxing, mindful walk through the park, focusing on the sights, sounds and sensations around you, can help you connect with the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner calm. As a special end, you will be invited to participate in a meaningful tea ceremony at the end of the experience. Forest bathing uses the senses and mindfulness as a means of connecting with nature. These sequences of nature-based activities provide a range of physical, mental, emotional and social health benefits. This is an immersive experience that will help reduce stress, renew and rebalance the body and mind in nature. What to bring: We recommend comfortable walking clothes and a raincoat. As we will occasionally be sitting, it is advisable to bring a cushion to sit on the floor. Meeting point: We will meet at the park entrance. The park entrance ticket is included. Not recommended for children under 14 years old.
