All possibilities are open.

This is how I feel about the beginning of spring. This time should be the beginning of the calendar year, it would make sense. It's when the word "start over" makes the most sense.

 

The heat begins to set in, the days are getting longer and we immediately feel our energy levels and desire to do things increase. At the same time, our body asks for cleansing and lightness.

 

The last few months have been about indulgence, comfort and permissiveness. It is part of our strategy to resist the cold and the dark.

 

But now that there is light, the body wants freedom. From the weight of clothes, from hot food and from hours of inertia and withdrawal.

 

We disconnect from winter habits, we eat more simply and we reactivate movement. In every sense. The movement of the body, the mind and also the spirit, in search of new meanings for the future.

 

I increasingly like this idea of living in a way that is aware of cycles. Of not having to live in a routine of Spartan discipline, regardless of the time of year. That, I now know, is bad for us. Adjustments are necessary, natural and recommended.

Spring is a season of rebirth – both within and without. Here are some practical suggestions to help you enjoy this season as a true invitation to well-being:


🌿 1. Tune out the noise

Allow yourself to slow down. Reduce screen time, mute notifications and find moments of real pause. Walk without a destination, observe what blooms around you, listen to nature and also to your body.


🍃 2. Simplify

Look around you (and inside yourself): what’s in excess? Take advantage of this energy of renewal to clean up — not only your home, but also thoughts, habits and commitments that no longer serve you.


🌞 3. Revitalizes the body and mind

Take advantage of the longer days to move your body, breathe fresh air, dive into the sea, touch the earth. Nature is vibrant at this time of year — and so can you. Eat lightly, sleep well, and move with pleasure.


💫 4. Tune into your natural rhythm

Listen to yourself. What do you need right now? What small routines can align you with what is important to you? Allow yourself to live more slowly, more presently, more in tune with your essence.


Spring is more than a season: it is an opportunity to start over, with more lightness, clarity and truth.
